4 block breakfast (Home) 08 JUL 11

Protein powder - 4 P
Slow cooking oats (1 cup cooked / 45 grams uncooked) - 3 C
Apple - 1 C

Almonds (16) - 4 F

Rolled oats are a welcome change to my breakfast meals. Strawberry was nice. Now I wish for some bacon flavored protein to go with them oats! Haha
