Warm up
myofascial release with TP roller, baseball and golf ball
Bergner warm up with O-bar

65# thrusters
Push up

Cut off 10 mins.

DNF - 21-15-9 thrusters, 21-15 push ups.

I haven't done more than warm ups before my CFE workouts and today is my first proper CF work out since my deadlifts a month ago.

Push ups still suck but my thrusters were ok.

9-6-3 for time

80# push jerk + pull up 5:20
