The first was part II of breakfast - 2 blocks of the same.
The bad snack came during a meeting where my favorite crisps were available for munching. 1 pack (40 grams with 20 grams carbs) later the insulin levels rose and bam... Sleepiness/fogginess during the presentation. I just wish I had some beef jerky to go with the crisps to zone out the snack!
